Welcome to Evidya, an online learning portal and an educational platform guiding the pursuit of academic excellence developed, operated, and maintained by the responsible team of Adhyan Digital Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our App Evidya, it is denoted that you accept and agree to be under the following terms and conditions, and additionally, no other thing contained in all these Terms of Service (ToS) are construed to grant the rights to any third-party beneficiary.

Eligibility, Registration and Access

To grant access to the services of Evidya is the prerogative of the site and its decision in this respect shall be final and binding on all the proposed users. Since the user consents that Evidya holds its right to take all necessary measures to deny access to its services or the termination of services, if there is any violation of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights described in this agreement or if the terms and conditions of this agreement are not complied with. To access all the services of Evidya, you must be eligible to use devices that allow and have the accessibility to download the app from the Android Play Store.

Our mission is to provide a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for all users. Our service provides three panels: one for teachers, one for students, and one for IT Admins. We prioritize safety and confidentiality, hence we never intentionally share any personally identifiable information with anyone.

Ltd. that provides IT solutions for both ERP & LMS requirements which promise to provide all the due services to its clients and work-seekers. When it comes to privacy, we provide safety with security so that all the data or every personal information can be secured confidentially.
      • It respects the privacy of others and refrains from posting private or confidential information.
      • Any content violating privacy laws or exposing sensitive information will be removed.
