Is the demo really free?

Yes. The demo is free and there is no obligation. Small schools can also start on the free Starter plan for up to 100 students.

How long does it take to go live?

Basic setup can be completed within 24-48 hours. Larger institutions, or those needing custom integrations, typically take 1-2 weeks with dedicated onboarding support.

Will you move our existing data?

Yes. We import student records, fee structures and employee data from Excel files or other ERP systems, and help with data mapping and validation.

Do you train our staff?

Yes. The Pro plan includes 2 virtual training sessions and Premium includes 2 virtual and 1 onsite session, along with documentation and video tutorials.
